Privacy policy

Emtiazi respects your privacy and processes personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect: facility and manager details; doctors' and consultants' details and professional documents (licence, ID, classification, CV, photo); signatures and stamps; application and payment records. We do not store card details; payments go through a licensed payment gateway.

Why: to review privilege applications, issue certificates and invoices, communicate about applications, and meet regulatory requirements.

Who sees it: authorised platform staff; consultants assigned to an application, as far as the review needs; and a facility's managers for their own doctors. A certificate and its details are shown to anyone with its verification code.

Storage and protection: data is kept on servers in the Kingdom, with access controls, encryption, and a log of every action.

Your rights: you may access your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, within what the law allows, through info@emtiazi.sa.
