Terms of service

Emtiazi, owned by Emtiazi Administrative Company, completes clinical privileging committees for private healthcare facilities and issues privilege certificates online. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts: a facility is registered by its general manager; the medical director's account is created when the facility is approved; the facility adds its doctors. Each user keeps their sign-in details confidential and is responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents they upload.

Applications: the doctor applies for privileges. An application can be paid only after the documents are reviewed and the general manager and medical director approve. Qualified consultants review it under Ministry of Health rules, and the platform gives the final approval.

Fees: fees are shown in full, with VAT, before payment, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment. Fees pay for the review and do not guarantee that the privileges requested are granted.

Refunds and cancellation: an application can be cancelled free of charge before payment. After payment, refund requests are considered through info@emtiazi.sa according to the application's stage.

Certificates: each certificate carries a verification code that anyone can check on the platform. A certificate is void if the documents submitted prove to be untrue.

Changes: we may change these terms and will notify users of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
